Shipping Information

F+H Studios is based in the beautiful beachside town of Byron Bay in Australia, which is not a major metro city, so our delivery service is slower than normal city to city deliveries. We ask for your patience and understanding as your delivery may take longer than anticipated. 

Please note that the below information is an approximate guide, delays such as weekends, public holidays, taxes and customs processing is out of our control and may result in longer shipping periods.  Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched and this may be longer during seasonal sale periods. 

HIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We provide express shipping within Australia, this service is complimentary for orders over $300.

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING

We use DHL express couriers for all international orders, with approximately 2 - 6 business days for major cities, with on-line tracking, this is provided at a subsidised rate and is complimentary for orders over $300. 

We are not responsible for any delivery delays, if parcels are returned to us due to incorrect delivery addresses or if the parcel is not able to be left in a safe place.

Note: Please note that all international orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

If duties and taxes are not paid your items will be returned to us, and we will deduct a fee of $45 to cover the associated DHL courier and admin costs that we will be charged for your order.

PRE-ORDERS:

These delivery times do not apply to any orders that include pre-order items.
